Devastated I didnt read the reviews before purchase. These are definitely not korean make up. They are made in China and quality is rubbish. They look and feel like crap and the packaging looks nothing like what is shown in the advert. Please read reviews before purchase!!!!!

Awful company, not the real product sent but a cheap alternative that retails for less than a fiver on amazon!! Blocked my emails and refused to refund the £24 they charged me for the real item I purchased on their website. Would give 0 stars!!

Mis-sold product. Doesn’t cover at all, feels waxy on skin. Product not as shown on the online videos - absolute fraud! Customer service is horrendous! 10 email and one reply. 60 days return if you do not like - cannot get a reply on how to action! Said they’d refund no need to send back. Still no refund and we are 7 week down the line!

Sent me a knockoff product which looked nothing like the product purchased off of website, nor did it have any branding on the packaging. Tried contacting them regarding my “60 day money back guarantee” and didn’t hear anything from them. Their support email is undeliverable, so I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute, magically KST finally contacted regarding the PayPal dispute. Dispute has been closed because I refuse to spend $25 on return postage of product to the US. Emails from KST have been going around in circles and I’m likely just talking to AI at this stage but I will keep trying and keep annoying them

Absolute crap. Do not fall for it. Colour changing foundation does not change colour, it stays white, is greasy and heavy on skin. They ignore emails. I’ve learned now to never buy anything advertised on Instagram. Utter pure shite product.

Zero stars awarded. Do not use this company. The item shown in the advert is not what you receive. I received an unmarked very cheap plastic item that was nothing like the photograph. A waste of money and no response from them. False advertising drop site!

Order number:KST121355 I have demanded a full refund for non delivery every day for the past week: I get a response which is a non answer and occasionally a down right lie! The reviews here are all saying that they have never received their order!! Or that it wasn't Korean products They to ask me to be patient...or say a refund hasn't yet been arranged Bought cc cream on special offer on the 24 November ! Received an email saying it was on the way...but weeks have passed,no answers to my email, I am very unhappy. Your company has my money but I have not received my order. Why?? And I keep receiving publicity for your products by email every day: completely out of order, I cannot unsubscribe if I have not received my order. Never trust their publicity, avoid completely
