Don't buy it! The products probably don't work, and the support team won't help you. They will just keep closing your ticket. There's a reason there's no public chat on their Discord.

it’s a scam dont buy they say the product is online on the site when it isnt and their discord server says it’s getting updates even tho there isnt even a product if u buy it ur just paying for nothing it’s a scam im literally talking to my card company rn to get my money back dont buy it it’s not that the product doesnt work or is bad it literally doesnt exist

i bought a product on kosmos website and they linked me an old discord, after i went in the new discord to open a ticket and no one helped me so they scammed me 20 euros

PLEASE READ, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND FAKING REVIEWS! Absolute scam, I've bought a key for their external about 1-2 months ago, website said the software was online and ready to use, also promised instant delivery. I bought it, what happened? 1. No instant delivery; 2. Product was not online; 3. Terrible and slow support. I was told to wait and that it'll be back up in a few days - which was frustrating, as I needed the product right at that moment. I requested a refund which of course ticket got closed multiple times by their bot which force closes if no reply after 6 hours, was mad when I tried to sleep, well they replied, came up with the weirdest and craziest excuses with their refund policy about the refund - their refund policy stated "If the product does not work as advertised on website, a refund will be eligible" (of course, they didn't care about it) In the end, the product probably isn't online to this day, I've never even received my key, support is garbage - no product received. About fake reviews, they have a different product some people might want, and they are giving away free keys for those who write a positive and detailed review on their trustpilot. - I wrote a detailed review, positive? Absolutely not. Just saying, they will reply with the craziest excuse known to man.

terrible support, didn't even receive my ticket in the email and then when i made a ticket, never even was answered, made a second one, didn't help. i had to make 5+ tickets for me to still not have my key.

The support is terrible, gave me the wrong key plus it takes 2 days to reply. Please don’t buy it from them. This is cheating website and you don’t want to be a loser.
