My family could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Kramer. Their responsiveness and customer service is excellent. I cannot recommend they change anything.

What made my experience great was the way they made me feel.. And the crazy part is there was hardly any interaction between the staff and us. The way they respected our privacy when dropping off our loved one was much appreciated. Even though the interaction was minimum they made us feel like they really cared. I definitely will recommend this place to friends and family.

I had no experience whatsoever with planning an end of life situation, Kramer was super helpful they did everything above and beyond what I expected! they were wonderful I happened to find them on Google and would suggest it to anybody that has to deal with this kind of situation
