You're not really low cost. You're about average for single animal cremation. And everytime I called I received a text to begin the process again which was annoying. Your people didn't know I had already picked up my pet and called to schedule pick up. I'm grateful you exist, but poetically won't use you again.

Honestly, not the best experience. I only took my pet here because it was closer to me. They make you go through the process of placing your own pet in a cooler until they can get to pet to cremate. As someone grieving a pet, we shouldn't do this on our own. Felt like they had no empathy and only wanted money. Would not go here again, if I ever need to cremate another pet.

You asked for a review from “Carolyn Jane.” She previously asked you to cremate her when she died. She died on Saturday morning. She was dead when she arrived at your business. You cremated her as requested. She is now ashes in a box. So it appears that you are pretty good at cremating dead people. Moving forward, if you want a serious review, don’t send the request to someone you already cremated.

The people at Kramer, while as nice as can be, misinformed us about the death certificates, and really slowed down our ability to move on to settling estate, bank business, debt etc. They cost us at least 2 weeks in business work!
