Upon opening the packaging
Upon opening the packaging, this item emitted an extremely intense, nauseating chemical odor consistent with severe poisoning hazard . The chemical fumes were strong enough to cause physical discomfort (headaches/nausea) and make the item unsafe to keep indoors, let alone give to a child.

Fake Reviews?
I’m really confused with all the great reviews of Kriddo’s customer service. Fakes all? The phone number Trustpilot posts as their customer service number is not functional. Hasn’t been since I first tried it a week ago. My granddaughters trike does not peddle at all due to some flaw. Check your information Trustpilot. Rick Klettke
