OFFICIAL BUSINESS UPDATE: On July 2nd, our profile was targeted by an unauthorized third-party spam attack. We immediately escalated these fraudulent entries to Trustpilot’s compliance team, who are currently auditing and purging the unauthorized reviews. While this investigation is underway, Trustpilot's automated system has placed a temporary hold banner on this page. Because open review sites are easily gamed by bad actors, Kronos Trading relies strictly on third-party audited broker execution and independent verification, including a #1 ranking on the QTI Leaderboard (80/100) and live third party verified performance logs. About these reviews
Reviews are shown as their authors wrote them. The company can reply, but cannot edit them.
The score is the plain average of the published reviews on this page.
The experience was distressing and deeply unsettling. They attempted to liquidate all positions and directed the funds into their own account, but Charles Schwab stopped the transfer. The broker looked into the matter and confirmed the activity originated from Kronos. Furthermore, they deploy AI created ads on social media that bypass federal disclosure rules, showcase fake testimonies, and delete negative feedback across platforms. They seem unable to tolerate criticism and repeatedly shift the burden of proof onto the client.

This follows the same spam attack pattern we flagged on July 2nd, now under Trustpilot audit, hence the banner on this page.
It's also technically impossible: we've never connected to Charles Schwab, and we connect exclusively to Alpaca, whose API doesn't allow third-party withdrawals. No mechanism exists for anyone to "direct funds" out of a client account on our platform. We also checked, no matching account in our database.
Trustpilot lets anyone post a review for the price of a coffee, roughly $20 for a fake account, no verification required. What can't be bought is our track record. Trust independently verified performance logs (kronos-trading.com/track-record) and our #1 QTI Leaderboard ranking instead.

I had an excellent on-boarding experience and I feel that the algorithm is solid and built with safety mechanisms guarding downside risk. Great track record and great ratios!

Trato horrible, lento y desorganizado.
Response from Kronos Trading· Jul 3, 2026
We have zero record of any client interaction under this account. We formally used Trustpilot’s verification tools to request basic order details to validate this claim, but the reviewer completely failed to respond or provide any proof within the required 3-day window. We have escalated this unverified profile to the Content Integrity team for formal removal.

Since joining and purchasing Kronos I…
Since joining and purchasing Kronos I have been very happy and impressed with the program! In a very short time, my positions have grown considerably, without a loss, in an up and down market!
The personal instructions from the owner and developer have been great, as well as always being available for any questions.
It's become very clear since starting this program that a lot of time and expert work has gone into creating this program, and the minimal cost to be able and sit back and watch it work, growing my account, has been well worth it!!

Thank you so much for the fantastic feedback! We are thrilled to hear that you are seeing consistent growth in your positions, especially navigating an unpredictable market. A massive amount of development and expert work goes into refining Kronos, so knowing it allows you to sit back and watch your account grow with confidence makes it all worth it. We're always here whenever you need us!

Very pleased
I've been a client since 2023, compared between a lot of competitors at the time and took a leap of faith. Thank god I chose Kronos - a friend of mine went with another very established competitor and has lost a bunch of money. Jay, Alex, and the Kronos team are all very hands-on and I've never been left hanging.
Monthly interface upgrades and a beautiful, intuitive mobile app. My crypto account is up 160% since starting even after the recent drop and I'm loving the US stocks expansion as well! Just hoping for an all-in-one integration of Kronos Signal with the other strategies soon, please.

Thank you so much for the incredible support since 2023! We are thrilled to hear you're loving the mobile app, the new US stocks expansion, and those 160% gains. Jay, Alex, and the entire team love hearing feedback like this. Also, message received loud and clear on the Kronos Signal integration, we are actively working on making our strategies more seamless, so stay tuned for updates soon!

Kronos doesn't stand up under pressure
I am not an unsophisticated investor. I mostly manage my own account, and in the past, I've held a Series 7 securities license.
I cannot recommend Kronos due to a fundamental problem with their crypto strategy. First, it can't perform in a flat or down market. Second, their execution capabilities have failed without explanation. Third, after their crypto system failed to perform, they offered up a different system with a high trading cost. As a result, their growth claims don't hold up under pressure.
I joined in Oct 2025 and saw nothing but losses month after month. In one position, I had a large gain (large enough to recover all losses at that time), but they failed to lock in my profits even after I emailed the support desk on why they hadn't closed the position. This violated their stated strategy of profit-taking; this was supposed to be a fully hands-off system. That's a real systems failure. I've asked several times for an explanation of what happened, and although one was promised, they never provided one. After they lost the story on crypto assets, they rolled out a new product where they wanted a significant % of the gains. Just not worth the upfront cost in a tough crypto market. I've canceled my account and taken the write-down of asset value as a lesson in these types of systems.
In response to Alex's comments: Thanks, Alex. You have always communicated openly, and I appreciate that. On the outage, it was December 27, and the crypto coin was Elixir (ELX), not October 20. Anyone can look at the pricing history and see the spike and subsequent fall. Please check with Jay and your quant team. I think claiming an external outage to paper over the problem without checking the facts is exactly why I made my decision.

Thanks for the detailed review. I'm Alex, the founder, responding directly here.
Quick context for anyone evaluating us: clients who joined our crypto strategy in early 2025 are still up roughly +25% net, while Bitcoin is down about -35% over the same window. You joined in October 2025, one of the worst possible entry points into crypto. Timing explains most of what you saw.
On the unclosed position: during the October 2025 Coinbase/AWS outage, the exchange went hard down for hours. Our take-profit limit order couldn't be placed while their servers were offline. That's a real event with a real cause, and it's the failure you ran into. Since then we've added a redundancy layer that monitors order placement and re-fires protective orders once exchange connectivity returns, so a single outage can't leave a position unmanaged the way it did that day. We've added this layer to every system we run, including US Stocks and All-Weather.
On the strategy switch: when crypto underperformed, we moved affected clients into our All-Weather (and even US Stocks systems today) at no additional license cost, to reduce their crypto drawdown rather than leave them stuck. That offer still stands for you.
For what it's worth, you clearly know markets, and entering crypto in October 2025 was rough timing for anyone. The door's open if you ever want to take another look. Either way, I appreciate you holding us to a high standard.

Worth it
I thought at first that it was another scum but when I tried it I found out that it’s not and it’s worth it.
