KV Supply has a great selection of items for both my horse and dog. The prices are also good.

I have ordered from KV supply many times and always get my orders on time. This time I was a little disappointed by the two Kensington 2 flake hay bags I received. There was definitely a quality control issue on Kensington's part - one hay bag is at least 8 inches shorter than the normal hay bag (I've ordered about 15 bags in the past 5 years). I was in desperate need so I kept the little "pony bag" as my husband calls it. Definitely will order the bags with more notice so I can ship them back if needed.

KV is the only company that seems to have the product I need, but shipping ends up almost doubling the cost once I click order. They need better shipping options.

The overall service was good. My only complaint is that there were too many spammy emails.

Good to deal with

Directed me to the manufacturer when I advised the product I purchased was not similar to the previous orders. Very bad product. Manufacturer won't respond to my email. Will try calling. This is unacceptable.

I ordered Cosequin D because it was a good price and it really helps the mobility of our older dogs. The order was delivered quickly.
