Company's web site listed a product no longer available. When shipped, it wasn't the product advertised. They made good on their error, however, by sending me replacements to make the "improved" product the same cost as what I thought I was ordering.

I've ordered pet meds from KV Supply many times, and they do a good job. My only criticism is that the web interface is not very good for pending orders. For example, if you place a refill order and ask KV to contact your vet, and if there is a delay, you can't get any information from the website about where the delay has occurred, or whether your vet has approved it yet, etc. I think you can get more information if you call them on the phone.

Appreciate this company, being a rescuer whose ministry is a cat population we rescued and maintain for their entire lives. 13 cats is a lot! Being able to save on supplies and veterinary expenses is critical to being able to maintain and give them the best possible quality of life.
