The machine works ok, but it does'nt help me with my backs paind at all.

Delivered promptly. Works well although there is not much difference in the 3 speeds.

This machine didn't cure my spinal stenosis, or my scoliosis, but it did help me to be able to function. I am able to go to the store and shop and stand in line, which if you have back problems you know that is a big step. But i would recommend this to anyone. The one down fall I have is the Hard plastic piece you have to put your hips on, It can be painful if your back hurts really bad, but if you can suffer through that it does get better and helps. I am happy I have mine.

It really helps the lower back. Now if you can give one for the neck and shoulders too, you would improve quality of life to the max. Only one problem for some, will be getting down on it or up from it. Thank you
