Help from back pain
I think mainly time and stretching exercises helped with the majority of my back pain.

A fused back is difficult.

Worked good for a while, then it seem to make the issue worst. I have stopped using the devise.
Stopped using. It caused the issue to become worse. Worked it seemed for about 3 weeks, then the issure seemed to get worse. Stopped using it.

Hi Dennis, please keep in mind that during or after your treatments, it is normal to feel some discomfort. This pain you are feeling is normal, as muscles are being used for the first time in a while. Did not help me.
I received no comfort from this equipment. My back is still hurting and I stopped using it.

Made my back worse
Not for everyone and that should be explained- it is most definitely not for everyone and every existing back problem. Kryobak should make this very clear so as not to convey the false hope that it works for everyone and most certainly with the graphics telegraphing that message

Not worth the money
Basically what this does is move your tailbone/lower back muscles up and down like when you walk. For the little bit of motion it does, it is not worth what you pay over $300.00 for. I can get the same results on a treadmill. My Chiropractor has a wobbly seat that basically does the same thing, by loosening your muscles slightly. Not worth it. J.Eagen
