I received a wrong size
I received a wrong size. I sent an email regarding the issue but no response from the customer service. Very disappointed experience!!!!

The large laces were shorter than the…
The large laces were shorter than the medium laces. Response when I asked for help was “yeah some are longer than others” and asked me to do a bunch of legwork measuring laces and shoes.
