Prices are oke but delivery is bad

I purchased several rings all of which are beautiful, but for the price ( you can purchase cubic sterling rings much cheaper on other sites ) I was very disappointed that after 3 wears I had 2 stones fall out of one of these rings. I contacted customer service who initially offered a coupon but I felt I should receive a replacement? Since I wore it literally 3 times. They refused to replace but offered to send stones that I could then take to a jeweler and have fixed. My jeweler was not willing to fix this ring and I didn’t feel I should incur the cost of the repair. I then emailed customer service again and told them to just send the coupon. I have yet to hear back from anyone. Shop with caution. They are pretty but the quality doesn’t constitute the price of these ( ( in reality ) just a fake diamond ring.

The ring is really nice but it is tarnishing after a couple weeks

I am disappointed with the quality of my rings; some of the finishing is not great and one of the five necklaces I bought has already come apart before I even opened the parcel.

Rings are a lot smaller than they appear.

The jewelry looks amazing however the customer service part was not that satisfactory. It took days for a response and when I finally did get a response it was basically a copy and paste type of response (copied from website and pasted to the email then sent to me). Also I did not like that I had to ask for my tracking number I should have received it the day it shipped out.
