Very poor quality keyring was 17.00 got for 11.00 was like something out of a Christmas cracker awful

The bag is very cumbersome to put together. Some of the hardware doesn’t line up correctly. I don’t know if it needs to soften up or if it’s a manufacturing defect 😢 so sad because I was really looking forward to getting this bag

What I dislike about the purse was the fact that the edges felt like glue and sticky. What I like about the purse is the design and the size.

Bag was not what I expected, thought hardware would be better, hard to open and close

I expected the bag to be more protected from a big company like this. Bag was a bit dented and out of shape. Trying to identity that it’s real leather as smells very chemically A bit disappointing as paid for leather, as per description Colour is a lovely Dusty Pink and matches my outfit that I bought it for

The bag is great. I really love it. Nice quality very beautiful bag. However, when it was packaged, it was bent in half so it has a huge crease across the front of it. I’m trying everything to get the crease out, but I think it’s pretty much permanent. Whoever packages the bags for shipping needs to make sure they’re not bent in half.
