Super user friendly however we did not get the most important report the eviction
Well the most importatnt report of eviction was left out and that was what we were counting on

Hi, Marvin! It looks like you ordered a screening with a credit and criminal included. To include an eviction report in that screening you would need to choose the Credit+Criminal+Eviction option from the Select Report dropdown on the order form. Ease of use / protected personal information
The ease of use without having to input protected information is the reason I find Landlord Station a valuable tenant screening tool. Also, the quick return of reports makes decision-making quicker which allows me to fill vacancies as quickly as possible. Great tool!

Good Response
Unfortunately, there were mix-ups from information provided by potential tenant. LandlordStation was very good and responsive to resolving these issues.
