Hi, Lilian! I show that you have ordered 3 screenings this month and 2 of those have been authorized and delivered to you in your account. The two that have been run and delivered have been charged to your card. That third report is waiting on some additional information, but because it has not been run yet that amount has only been authorized on your card, not captured. We'll reach out to you directly to see if you need some additional help or if you'd like to cancel that report so that the pending charge is voided from your card.

Good system, but can use some enhancements
It would be helpful if the system allowed for messages to be sent outside of needing to send a maintenance request. Applications that allow for drop downs would be great. It’s not the most user friendly, and the dashboard could use an update appearance wise. It would be great if sign documents could be customizable instead of just allowing for one signature at the end of the document.
