LaravelReviews of laravel.com

Very limited the servers they would update for PHP2Shell vuln. Not a company taking security serious.

Great service and support

The Laravel Cloud Service is a gem. The easiest hosting I have ever tried. The cost is minimal. I have used their technical support a few times and have been very impressed with the level of customer support and investment in my needs. Thanks team!

Once upon a time I was a believer that JS frameworks were the best.

I’ve been using Laravel from the very beginning, and I plan to continue for many years to come. It’s a core part of my work, and my recent experience with their support team has strengthened that confidence. While moving from Vapor to Laravel Cloud, I needed help with account management and a technical issue involving Nightwatch. The team was professional, friendly, and thorough. They investigated the issue, involved their engineering team, kept me informed, and released a fix. As a developer, I really appreciate support that takes the time to understand the problem and follows through. Special thanks to Aleksandar, Marcos, Pablo, and everyone involved. I’m very satisfied with Laravel, both the products and the people behind them. Highly recommended.

Very fast, professional, and above all, courteous! The best support you can get.

simple and straight forward with helpful and fast real human support agents

Quick reply from Laravel Cloud support, and they answered my question well.
