Easiest, most user friendly loan application ever!

My experience with Laurel Road has been a breeze. I applied to a few different loan refinancing options and found that Laurel Road had the best interest rates offered. Not only that, but the application process was especially easy. I didn't submit all the documents they needed from me on the first try, but the format of their application let me know what I needed quickly and clearly. Would definitely recommend!

I thought the process to apply for loans was simple. Had the lowest interest rates, and the website to manage my loans appears easy to use, though I've only had it for a short time. Being able to manage extra payments is very important to me, and that it allows me to set an amount extra each month was a big plus. There are some reviews online that mention it can take up to 30 days for the payments to your other lenders to go through. I found mine was prior to 30 days, but I was okay with it being up to 30 days since I knew ahead of time, and planned ahead. It was a trade off I was willing to deal with.

The loan process has been easy. One of the loans I was consolidating was transferred as I was closing this loan, but Laurel Road adjusted and didn't make everything a huge pain.
