I love the necklace broke have sent back to Lauren Kenzie waiting for it to be returned. So 3 stars is all I can give for right now

Unfortunately, the earrings I bought with matching necklace arrived with broken clasp. I issued return and I will take it to USPS Monday 2/2.

My necklace originally had broke off, so I went back to the store to create a shipping to get it fixed. I wait and hear back about a week or two just for them to send it back still broken.

My ring broke the day after I got it. Customers service is terrible. Haven’t been able to get anyone to get back with me. I even paid to get it replaced and nothing. For now on I will stick to my go to jewelry companies that I know are great. My first experience has not been a good one.

It was the cutest store!! They provided amazing service and it was a great birthday gift!
