However, we received your first cancellation request on Sunday when our office is closed, followed by multiple additional cancellation emails Monday morning before our team had the opportunity to review and respond to the weekend’s messages. It is also important to clarify that the pricing for these coins was specifically negotiated at your request based on ACH payment terms, which allow us to offer lower pricing because they avoid the significant fees associated with credit card processing on large transactions. After agreeing to those terms and receiving the discounted ACH pricing, both orders were ultimately completed using credit card payment instead of ACH, which differs from the agreed payment method used to determine the pricing.
