After sending 3 set ups for the printer, you still couldn't beat the H.P. chip. Thanks for trying. Now you say I have a store credit for $38.00. Is that correct ?

Your online purchasing was not working correctly and would not let me check out. Fortunately, I was able to call your help line and your sales person was able to update my home address and also place my order while also keeping my discount. My free shipping order arrived in 2-1/2 days! Keep up the good work. But please fix your online order area.

I especially enjoy the fact that ink cartridges are available separately. Most companies want to keep selling packs with all the colors; but if I do that I end up running out of one color and having a dozen of another on hand. Being able to order them individually is terrific!

I ordered two printer ink in December and I just used one and my printer didn’t recognized it so I used the other one and my printer recognized that one so I called LD and they graciously sent me another one.

They addressed my concern on a cartridge that would not dispense ink. New cartridge that failed and they replaced it without charge after I followed their instructions on how to check cartridge.

Despite my reservations about my Lexmark MC3224dwe accepting these non-Lexmark replacement cartridges, they installed and printed fine. My PC is showing the cartridge content fully. I would have given LD a five star review but their shipper, Fedex, delivered the cartridges three days late.
