Paid the state and leafwell and still…

Hi Julie! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback so that we can assist. Once the state payment has been made, the card is generally received via USPS. The state mails those and advises that patients should get them within 1-2 weeks. I apologize for any confusion caused. I will ask our escalation team to reach out to see if they can help in any way possible.
