Hi Richard! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback so that we can clarify. In your state, once approved by the provider, the certification is uploaded, and patients can submit their annual fee of $50 (unless they qualify for a fee waiver). After the annual fee is submitted to the state, the card is mailed via USPS and generally received within 1-2 weeks. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused.
