Your automated system caused me to get my license started too early and I had to get another Dr .appointment and you can't speak to nobody personally to resolve issues ! Customer service is terrible
Response from leafyquickwellness.com· Oct 13, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we truly apologize for the confusion caused by the automated reminder timing. Because your appointment was scheduled outside the state's official renewal window, we understand how frustrating it was to need a second appointment. Our billing team is currently processing a full refund for the extra payment. We appreciate your patience as we make this right for you.

My certification was not processed to the state of WV after I seen the Dr. And payed the fees. I have been trying to contact anyone for over a week now.
Response from leafyquickwellness.com· Oct 13, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration this caused. State certifications require specific verified details to be completed, and as soon as we received the required information today, your certificate was immediately submitted to the state of West Virginia. We appreciate your patience and are glad we could get everything finalized for you!

You have hidden costs. You are not transparent. You change physicians on the patient every year. The physician doesn’t even do a legitimate interview.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Medical marijuana cards do expire periodically, and our practice only charges patients who are actively looking to renew their card with us. If a patient is not interested in renewing, there is never any charge. If there was any misunderstanding regarding your account or billing status, please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can ensure everything is taken care of for you.
