Hi Barbra, thank you for your feedback. Please note that we never pull more than what is scheduled to be debited as per the signed loan agreement. If a payment (or multiple) has returned, we attempt to debit a much lower amount to help you catch up. We waive late payment fees in these situations as well. If you are in collections or are having difficulty paying, please call us to arrange a payment plan. For further questions, our representatives are available for you at 888-532-7842 Monday to Friday between 8am - 8pm EST and Saturday’s between 9am - 5pm EST. Thank you for being a Leap Credit customer. We are always looking for ways to better assist our customers and make this a great experience. We greatly value your feedback.
