Tried their rotating isp package and upgraded to 250 threads, really good speeds and stable connections, support was fast to answer questions

with their static isps I had better speeds than with some 5g proxy providers, one of the few I found which does not seem to oversell to customers, advertised as dedicated IPs and got the actual dedicated IPs, rare stuff nowdays

latency and request speed is on point, could actually use these comfortably in a browser without slow downs compared to some other providers, all clean ips from cogent as expected

ordered x25 att to test and all went smoothly, you can set up a whitelist so didn't need to use user:pass, speeds were good and stable on drop, no leaks/bad scores/spamhaus, overall great provider.

Purchased 50 AT&T proxies, got delivered instantly and speed was good, as far as I could check the IPs are residential and not in blocklists, would recommend
