I was very excited to receive my first order, a women’s jacket, only to find silver B’s, and F’s up and down both sleeves, as well as dye spots and other strange silver marks in other places on the jacket. I sent an email immediately, as there is no phone number for contacting them. I attached a video and a few photos. I sent it on 7/20- today and all emails to their email show an error message - not delivered. I need to know where to return the jacket to, or how to get the silver ink off of the leather. This is so disappointing, especially for an expensive leather jacket. It makes me question the quality and if they are running a legitimate business. Update 8/2/26: I was finally able to get in contact with Leather Oxide via their chat line. They were unable to assist me in removing the marks on the sleeves and on the body of the jacket. I followed their instructions to an T, and worked on the jacket for over two hours. When I let them know the markings would not come off and sent updated photos, they did not offer to replace the jacket, but to give me a 20% refund. After some negotiation they finally gave me a 30% refund, which I will now use to pay a professional leather cleaner to hopefully remove the markings, otherwise the jacket will not be wearable. I increased their rating to a 2 for the 30% refund, but I can not in good faith raise it any higher due to the condition of the jacket, the difficulty I had in reaching them, and their only giving me a 30% refund when they should have replaced the jacket! Yes, the leather is good quality - which they kept repeating over and over, but none of that matters if I can not wear the jacket! They never seemed to get that point, yet they keep hounding me to change this review and rating.

I ordered a leather blazer from this company and asked if they sold ties as well. Was told YES, they make ties as well for an additional cost ($50+). Received the order, and the jacket is fine but the tie is 5-7 inches shorter than the standard 57-59 inches tie length. Reached out and was told that there was nothing they could do as they don't normally make ties and did it for the first time for me. Said they bought a tie and used that length. I will donate this tie to a shelter and have already purchased from another provider who is making a standard length leather tie. If I'd known that they were experimenting for the first time with me, I wouldn't have wasted $50+ on a tie that I can't use.

I ordered two jackets. Just received the first one. Tried it on and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I was skeptical at first. The AI in the website is a little off putting but I saw the site had great reviews so went for it. The craftsmanship is absolutely amazing. And Zeb has been great with the customer service back and forth to figure out sizing. Great work to you and your team, Leather Oxide!!! I will be back.

Product was as described and the contrat to confirm proper measurement after I submitted my order was appreciated and the fit was perfect. Delivery was also as couple of days faster than expected, so no part of the purchase and delivery was anything but positive.

Beautifully tailored jacket
