Reliable and fast service. I'm from Puerto Rico and a friend dropped off my Cartier briefcase at the Saks location. I am a Leather Spa customer, since my daughter lived in New York, but she moved to Puerto Rico during the pandemic. I found out I could mail it, but since my friend was traveling to the city, she took care of it. I requested the delivery service to my home when it was ready, paid the fee and TAN TAN! My briefcase arrived in less than a week. Very happy for the service! I will definitely use Leather Spa whenever I need to repair or clean some of my leather bags or shoes.

I would have given 5 stars if the shipping was sent to the correct address. But with that said, it was rectified quickly and the service to help me get that resolved was efficient, professional and my shoes look fabulous. They even refunded me the shipping. Any Canadians wanting to use leather spa for high end shoes, 100% absolutely! Great service. Will recommend to my friends and family for sure! Thank you

Excellent, speedy communication from Edgar. I had two pieces, a pair of shoes and a bag. The shoes were beautifully repaired. The bag had a lot of beading missing, and they tried to source the beads to repairs. I really appreciate the effort. From now on, all of my repairs will be done by Leather Spa.
