I purchased a bed at Rooms to Go. The adjustable base is from Leggett and Platt. One of our remotes stopped working, and I had to call Leggett and Platt for service. Even though it's still under warranty, they wanted to charge me over $100 for a replacement. Their Customer Service representative didn't offer me any other options. It was "Pay or Goodbye." No wonder Rooms to Go stopped doing business with this company.

Management is good good and they dont know what they are doing

I ordered a part explaining I needed it by a specific day due to travel. I was assured I would have the piece on time. It didn't ship for 3 days, then when it did there was no update for 3 days. Of course the piece did not arrive on time. I am now having to wait months to travel back to the location to get the item, then once I bring it back and attempt to repair the bed if it doesn't work it won't be under warranty. I wish the customer service would have been honest with times. I would gladly have paid more, I even suggested it, but was told no, it will make it. So disappointed. No one cared enough to ensure my expectations would be met. I know I'm just one person. I will never trust anyone from this company again.

Trying to get under the bed to find the serial number is a very big pain. I got what I thought was the serial number, but I was told that the serial number is a sticker that has 13 numbers on it, but it doesn't say serial number. I don't know why they can't put all the information in an easy to see spot so we don't have to crawl under the bed. I believe my remote is bad, so to test it I had to reset something under the bed. It is extremely tight under the bed and hard to see what I need to do to reset it. I decided to order the remote as I could not get it connected to the bed. I was concerned that it was not the remote, but I was told they would need a working remote to test the bed. I was going to have a technician come out, if the remote did not fix the problem, but I was told I could return it within 90 days and all I would have to pay for is the shipping. The shipping is $15.79 and the remote is going to cost me $101.14. Never again will I buy one of their beds. If they are going to make it this difficult and annoying, then I don't want to give them money if I can help it. The last person I spoke with was very condescending and disrespectful. It has been about a week since I had to get under the bed and my back is still hurting. Never again will I buy their bed!! The remote did fix the problem, so I am thankful for that, but next massaging bed I buy will not be theirs. They are ignoring most reviews on here, so that should tell you something about them.

I called in to try and ask a question about about a faucet part, which fell under Leggett's & Platt's previously owned "Universal Stainless, Inc" company. When a gal picked up, I introduced my self, provided my company name, and asked for her name in return, which she refused to provide for some strange reason...just repeated, "This is Leggett & Platt". I passed on that I simply was asking for her name so I know who I am speaking with, as I do with anyone I speak with, but she still did not provide it. I also received an, "I think" when I asked my follow up question", rather than her offering to narrow down a valid answer, if she was unsure.

worse company ever spend hours on the phone and no help then they hang up. Will be contacting BBB . never buy this bed base ever!!!

I guess I’m just one of the many one star reviews. I never had any issues with the bedframe itself, but had to contact customer service because I lost some pieces to the frame in a move and I can tell you that the customer service representatives are some of the absolute rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. They ordered only half the items I needed and when I realized I called 30 seconds later and they demanded that I pay for shipping again instead of just adding to the prior order. I ended up finding the parts and returned the ones they sent me and I had to pay for shipping again back to them and they took over 60 days to refund me (for the parts, not the shipping) after many phone calls and many customer service agents being tremendously disrespectful. They talk down to you, yell at you, lie to you, put you on hold without warning, horrendous company.

My remote control failed after six years, and I take responsibility for the damage caused by dropping it. Upon reaching out to the company for a replacement, I was notified that the 700 model is discontinued. To maintain compatibility, I would need to purchase a conversion kit priced at almost $300, which is similar to the cost of my adjustable bedframe. The company recommended using the app, but despite attempting to troubleshoot and reset the bed, the app failed to connect. Given the cost and support issues, I am unlikely to pursue any new adjustable bed frames from this company in the future.
