We bought my fancy diamond from Leibish in 2009 and it has been an amazing investment. I was dealing with Levi again this year. The pictures are the best compared to other specialist fancy diamond sellers and Levi has been wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend Leibish & Co.

Purchasing an engagement ring from Leibish with Levi Khan's help was an enlightening experience. Levi took the time to understand my girlfriend's style and lifestyle, ensuring the ring would be a perfect fit for her. He expertly guided me through the selection of diamonds and gemstones, focusing on what mattered most for quality and aesthetics. Levi's approach was educational, making complex gemological terms easy to understand. His knowledge helped narrow down the vast selection to find the perfect gemstone. Customization options were discussed in detail, ensuring the ring's design would be unique and personal. Levi's patience and responsiveness to my questions underscored his commitment to my satisfaction. When the ring arrived, it exceeded all expectations in its craftsmanship and beauty. My girlfriend's joyous reaction to the ring was a testament to Levi's dedication to making the moment special. Leibish, through Levi's assistance, has earned my trust and recommendation for anyone seeking meaningful, high-quality jewelry.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our company. It is certainly not typical of the standard of service that we aim to provide. Upon further investigation, it seems that you selected to complete your purchase via SplitIt which is an external credit processing company, and we advised you at the time to contact them directly in order to update your credit card details. If you have any other concerns, please do let us know and we will be happy to assist.

Absolutely the best service from Rachel. This company is Class A. Very pleased with the diamond tennis bracelet, and at a great price.
