Your customer service representatives are mean. I feel like a fifth grader saying that, but they are very insensitive. Especially when they’re not fully looking at my entire account account history and just giving me the answer that’s a simple yes or no.

At first, they were very nice. I'm struggling and asked if there was a way to lower my payments. It was a adamant No. Terrible customer service.
