Absolute audacity to claim a house of theirs which is literally SPLITTING IN TWO because of poor foundations and construction is just a cosmetic issue. Absolute cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

JUSTICE FOR TEXPAT BBQ! Seriously, cosmetic? Nope! Try again! TEXPAT BBQ should take you to court for that load of rubbish! You really have two options. TEXPAT BBQ finds a new home, that he has had reviewed - which you will pay for - and once ok, you pay for rehoming costs and time off work.. OR, put him and his family in a hotel for the whole time you are fixing ALL the issues, no matter how big and small.. every nook and cranny gets fixed, and you use companies he chooses (background checks obviously). And you compensate him.. properly! Or, you spend more in court and solicitor fee’s because TEXPAT BBQ will win!

Lennar likes to “build” piss poor quality homes and then REFUSE TO FIX THE ISSUES!!! Do NOT buy a Lennar home, errrm…. 💩 hole. Cracks running bottom to top from one side to the other. “It’s not structural”, doesn’t matter that floors are separated, windows almost falling out, gaps in the walls so big you can practically see daylight. What a disgusting money grubbing company!!! Shame, shame SHAME on you Lennar! Your employees should be embarrassed and they should leave your company in droves! BUYERS BEWARE!! Do not buy from Lennar & do your research BEFORE you do purchase a home… don’t find out the hard way. I hope all current owners of their crappy housing file a class action lawsuit against them.

Yuck. Having worked in construction for just over a decade I can not remember encountering worse service or follow up on problems after the purchase. Once they have your money, forget about them backing their product. When a home has one of the most obvious foundation issues, 101 level obvious, splitting the entire home, and they won't fix ?? (Not even out of sheer embarrassment 🤦🏼‍♀️) Well, that's pure class. In this day and age service is king. And craftsmanship. They are batting zero. Go find a different builder.

Take care of your customers , you cant hide by running away from Social media truths . Do the right thing and then take advantage of the positive results, or dont and as the kids say FAFO !

The absolute worst builders out there, walk splitting in half and they say it’s cosmetic, someone do something about this company and get the ceo or owner accountable It’s time to sue them!
