Super easy, watching the process of where my order was in the assembly and providing the estimated days to ship. Loved it. The only recommendation is that it was missing a photo to check where the transition should go... I would say to send an alert. I didn't know and only figured it out when I looked at the site and saw the order was missing something.

101 days from acknowledging receipt of my glasses to replacements arriving. Their website says about 2 weeks. Plus over 20 chases, getting Better Business Bureau involved, and a registered letter to their CEO. Woeful customer service. If I hadn't kept chasing I think I would still be sitting waiting for replacements.

The order took longer than expected to process but that was only because they wanted to be sure that everything was correct and they quickly responded when I asked for status updates. In the future to save time and effort it’s best to simply upload your prescription. Once they had all the correct information it did not take long to receive my order. Overall I’m happy with my experience

I contacted customer support right after I opened the package. My Savile Row "Round Eye" frames, for which I've updated the lenses several times, only had one "round" eye - the other is now oval! And this was the second attempt for Lensabl with this order as the first lenses did not pass their accuracy checks. I appreciate that they tried again but I'm not at all sure how accurate their accuracy checks are if one can see with the naked eye that one side of my round frames are now oval. They asked for photos, which I emailed to them several days ago but I haven't heard back yet. So, the jury is still out regarding a final rating for Lensabl on this order - consider this an interim report.

I love lensabl and especially the prescription sunglasses choices which seem to be more expansive for lenses than other platforms I've tried.
