My order was weeks In getting and completely wrong l can't use the lenses l got l need a complete replacement

To do multiple frames with the same lenses was a little bit complicated and could be streamlined. It took a really long time to place the order and take the photos etc. It also took a lot longer to recieve than I would have preferred. But the end product was good and much more affordable than at the optometrist who was going to charge $260 to replace lenses with a new prescription. Since I used drug store frames paired with Lensable, I could afford to do 3 pairs to leave 1 in my purse, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs instead of always running around trying to find my glasses. So overall I am very happy using Lensable though I wish the process were more streamlined.

lensabl is the worst online buying experience I've ever had. 2 mos after i contacted them 5 times about status of my replacement lense they tell me they lost the frames i sent them. Customer service is awful and they lie. terrible co. didn't even reimburse me for lost frames. dont waste your time or money!
