Really good quality frames and lenses
I was very pleasantly by the quality and value of the lenses and the frames. I will definitely buy another pair and maybe some sunglasses as well.

Bibi was very helpful but I had a horrible experience texting with your AI. Telling me my order number was not correct, but Bibi found it immediately. She was also very helpful with my options for reordering the correct lens!

High quality lens replacement

Phone support was very good
Phone support was very good, but website a bit disappointing: first, it refused my charge, then, after phone rep set up an account, the website seemed to delete my order. I then re-entered, and upon checkout, it "found" my original order, and was about to charge me for two orders.

free glasses but
They did a good job of going from free glasses to up-selling better lenses and better coating. Not that the glasses are bad they are nice. But I started with free glasses and ended up paying $80 for the upgrades. Still worth the price. Shipping was good. Nice case that they came in for storage.
