I couldn't get the color I wanted, but they were able to provide the same frame in another color.

The first lenses were difficult for me to use for reading purposes. I called and spoke to a customer service person who gave me suggestions on a different type of lens. The second pair of lenses work great. The customer service folks were nice and helpful. I found it difficult to hear all but one of the folks I spoke with. The audio on the other calls were muffled making communication challenging so I switched to email correspondence.

Fast service, great price. Glasses as good as expected.

I took a bit of a gamble on these. I already had the exact same pair, made at a local optical shop. I wanted a duplicate spare pair, but I didn’t want to pay as much as I did at the optician. Found the frame online at several sites, including LensesRX. They’re not cheap, but LensesRX had the best price. That, combined with a Black Friday discount on lenses, made the glasses as cheap as I could possibly find for the entire package, which included Crizal AR coating. The glasses arrived yesterday (under 2 weeks) and they look great! Clearly authentic (manufacturer’s distinctive case, blank lenses and all relevant paperwork included). Prescription is identical to the ones I had made by my local optician. I’m completely satisfied. Honestly, the only complaint I have is about the LensesRX website. They sell high quality products, at excellent prices, but their website just looks a bit cheap and cheesy compared to other, similar websites. But if that is what’s helping keep prices down, then it’s okay with me.

Ordering was quick and easy. With the discount, the lens replacements were affordable. Service was fast!!! Glasses are perfect!
