I have had my pilates board for a month now and it is one of the best purchases I have made. It is a fantastic alternative to pilates classes which may not be accessible for all. The board itself is compact but super sturdy. The customer service at Lhanel has been amazing and I cannot recommend them enough. My only feedback would be to suggest a storage bag or something for those who would like to their board on the go! :)

This is a scam! After 14 emails with them due to a faulty unit and incomplete items that’s supposed to be included, I realised that I might be talking to a bot! They use very similar script (they will ask you to send photos and videos) and the last email reverted back to their original email! I will report to consumers affairs. Don’t expect a return or refund. They won’t. UPDATE: after I take the matter seriously, I finally got my full refund! But it took a good fight.

The pilates reformer board arrived very quickly. It was super easy to put together and I've already started using it. The videos and exercise guide were super helpful as well. I love my new purple reformer board!
