Such high quality shoes, very happy with my purchase.

I made a mistake with my order, I inadvertently clicked the wrong colour. I sent Customer Service an email and the problem was rectified in quick order. I received my shipment quickly, well packaged and in the correct colour.

First time I've purchase this brand of shoe (Libertyvino) so it took three times to find my size in this shoe. Very good customers service. Only negative is there appears to be no free shipping on return items, so I paid $25.00 twice to return the shoe that did not fit. But now I know my size and plan to order from them again. Really like the quality of shoes I ordered!

I have not received my baby's shoes and I am very disturbed. You promised delivery, you accepted my money and now no product. Put my money back on my card.
