After my previous review for the order no.13459, we received the first answers with apologies and good promises for a refund. After providing the requested details for the refund, no more news, no money recovered. We asked twice if all was fine and if they had all the details needed, and once more, silence for now already two weeks. We need answers and the money back! It was not a cheap purchase and was one year ago Update on the 19/12/2024: yesterday finally we got the refund. I think their main problem is a lack in communication, but if they could have more people dedicated to it, they would improve a lot. They have been fair and I appreciate it, that is why I wanted to let you know and improve the previous rating I gave.

This is the first time I have used this site. I do like the updates on my order. I get them everyday to let me know where my order is. I will use this site again.

There was a mishap with my book order and they made it good! They resent my book order and I received it! Great job!

The company having a great selection of materials is very helpful. I only wish that the wait time before I received what I ordered could have been shortened.

Novel and interesting

When I ordered at first I was a bit perturbed do to lack of access to view my order, I was requested to change my password a few times...Once that was eradicated my order came without anymore issues
