Slow delivery.

Being informed that my order changed from being shipped to waiting to be shipped

Package took far too long to arrive being in the United States and all.

The little publications could halve been better described (for example that all the power plants were in Europe). Shipping was responsive. The booklet was printed too dark and lost a lot of detail.

I was expecting an actual diet plan. Like what to have for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. If you could have a snack and give an example of what to eat. How many calories to have at each meal. Not at all what I expected.

I was disappointed in the amount of information contained in the book. I expected more for my money.

I was disappointed I thought it was the same as the diet I was on an it isn't so I would have to change almost ever recipe in it to make me stay on track with my diet

My books arrived on time and everything was there but the package itself was a mess. The box had tears٫and my papers inside were shoved into the box. Overall good service but bad packaging
