Libsyn's platform is so easy to use and the pricepoint s excellent for a beginner podcaster like myself. Their partner platforms make it super simple to get your podcast out to the masses and onto all of your social sites. Thank you Libsyn!

I just started a podcast and am extremely green. So, the first time I ran into an issue, I emailed Libsyn through an online contact form. I was so impressed because they did a quick audit on my account and not only fixed my issue but showed me ways to quickly get more downloads and to improve my SEO. They even went as far as to look at my website. Dave Jackson was the support person and if I could give him 10 stars I would. I had 15 more downloads in just a few hours! Thanks!!

I am a new customer trying to onramp and have some very specific questions. The Bot and articles provided did not answer my questions directly. I have sent 3 emails because my issue is very time sensitive. As of now I still have not had a response. It is very disapointing as a new customer that I have not been responded too

Ive only used a couple hosts but Libsyn is the best. Their UI is simple and functional. Their option to auto post to youtube is fantastic, and their statistics are very helpful. Excellent service so far.

Unfortunately have had major errors with my podcast launch and slow responses on how to solve them.

Hello Shannon, I apologize for the experience that you have had with our customer support team up to this point. While we aim to reply to all customer inquiries within one business day, we were unable to do so in your case. I hope that we are able to better serve you moving forward. I was able to check in on your ticket, and you will be receiving a reply very shortly. Again, I apologize for this delay.
