They see pt only once and would not schedule a follow up, even when that was offered at the beginning. Very slow to work on just 1 month supply of my medicine, without even asking if the dose worked or not.

Hidden membership fee. The way they advertise, makes it look like you'd only be paying for the meds and shipping, but there is a monthly membership fee. And regardless of the membership fee, the meds still cost about the same as other GLP-1 companies.

The app is garbage and makes the process more complicated than it needs to be. My experience with actual people has been fine/pleasant. The cost for weight loss management is comparable to others offering similar services. Considering this is "telehealth", and the care is provided exclusively through the app you would think it would be a priority that the app would be functional.

It does not feel like a guided weight loss subscription, No need for monthly meetings, just renewing your prescription. If requested, online meetings are rushed to only a few minutes with no real interest in one's improvement, struggles or progress.

Company charged me full price after canceling my membership. I was told that it was for my monthly service fee in spite of not having any new prescription.

Every time I try to refill my prescription it’s a nightmare. The app only takes you so far. I have to get in touch via the chat. This last time we all agreed my prescription was to be upped that didn’t happen. All they wanna do is charge more and more and more, but not give me anything more. Not real happy with this, once I find a cheaper way I’m out. The prescription sat in processing for three days until I got a hold of somebody and then magically it was forced through and I had it within 24hrs. Just really bad service and the app refill part is trash.
