They took my payments 149.00 twice for weight loss meds I have never received them and can't get in touch with anybody its beginning to look like a scam.

My experience started off great, but drastically took a left turn after I received my first dose of Wegovy. Hard to get straight answers from the chat and hard to get a response in 24 hours or less. They tell me to get labs done then a representative tells me i dont need them, and doesn't follow up with further questions that i asked. It kinda feels like, once they get your $ they've accomplished their mission. They don't do a thorough background check of medical records. I know, because I am a retired military vet and they don't have access to my records. Typical large corporation thats out for the money instead of actually helping the customer.

Pros- I got the meds shipped pretty quick. Reasonable cost for GLP-1 App moderately easy to navigate Cons- TERRIBLE response time from their customer service departments via the app and their “customer service” email they list on the app if you need help. Emailed on 8/6/2026 a question- haven’t heard a word back and it’s the 13th. According to their app “please allow up to 24 hours for response” I messaged two different ways on the app on 8/10/2026- one on front desk section and one on care team section Haven’t heard a word back at ALL!!! They sure took my money quickly All I was trying to find out was the tracking number for my shipment because they sent me a message saying my shipment had shipped and gave me a USPS tracking number but the number wouldn’t work to track. Package showed up via Fed EX. Company seems poorly run! Do better Life MD Here Life MD let me copy and paste your response for you. Predatory billing practices. Unable to cancel ALL upcoming subscription costs through the app. Very frustrating, especially after dealing with a dr. that only responded to try and sell me something, but wouldn't actually answer my question. In order to cancel, I had to access my account via desktop (or stay on hold for an hour on average) in order to completely cancel all upcoming charges. What if I didn't have access to a computer? Why make it impossible through the app? It's set up into two separate billings and I was only able to cancel one through the app. The button to cancel did nothing. Not surprising after the terrible communication with the provider. No follow through after the paid appointment. Clearly, they want people to pay $80 every time we have a question. Nope! Midi Health is so much better!!!

Medicine showed up on time for first 3-4 months than was a lag. After couple more months I thought I had canceled there service but was only a pause they say?? Cancel is cancel, not paused. Of course they charge me for 3 months of service that I will not use. LifeMD are Crooks at the end of when you want to cancel. Deduct funds without you knowing.I asked nicely for a refund and get the run around?? Would not recommend Life MD

No option to cancel prescription online. Only option to cancel is a hotline. This is ridiculous given that prescriptions are filled via online intake. Seems scam like to rope you into a conversation with someone that will press on "special offers" to not cancel. Fix this. You intake online and cancellation should be the same. I'm not taking time out of my day to dial and chat.

Both times I was ready for refill on prescription there were issues. Now I have a ~10 day gap in med!

Customer service response time is terrible. I waited for hours for a return call only to be disconnected immediately. I called and got put to the back of the line, again. It's been 6 hours since my original call, still waiting. Previously, I waited DAYS for a call back. Leaving a message in the portal is a waste of time. No one replies.
