I have not recieved my order!

Placed an order on 3/29 and by 4/12 i didn't have any updates. i caleed the phone no and leave voicemails and i email them on 4/12.

Alway get things in a fast manner and we are able to find things here that other places do not have!

Purchased a manual pull down station and the never sent the battery, received it a week later. I then get told by the FD it’s not legal for a day care because it does not have continuous power. I never used it or opened the box so I asked to return it and they charge 20% restock fee. Which is ridiculous. Will never purchase from them again. They could’ve simply helped replace it for the correct one. That’s all I wanted. Go to your local fire fab store and they will help you out. I spent 119.00$ and 80$ to install by a professional. These people cheated 680$ for something that will not work. They want money and not worried about public safety. What a shame to support a business like this.

Ordering was easy. As soon as the order was placed, I received a confirmation. Soon thereafter, the tracking number was sent to me as well as a an update of where my order was. Fast delivery, smooth transaction.

The part has not been shipped based on the tracking number given. I can not review the part or service if I have not recieved anything yet except an invoice.
