The Technician. Noel was honest, helpful and considerate. He installed confidence and product savvy the moment he came into the house.

there are three parts to getting a stair lift installed at my parents house. First Jamie came out and explained how the lift works and the process and costs. Then the part is going to the showroom, something other vendors don't have. Actually taking a ride on the lift is what sold my skeptical Dad. Then Fernando did our install in the time that we were told it would be done in. He also provided training. this lift is making a huge positive impact for my parents.

The technician was Knowledgeable, respectful, and personable. He demonstrated the lift's operation after the service, told me what was done during the service, and provided use tips.

I cannot recommend Lifeway Mobility. There were too many problems at all levels. Poor communications internally and to me. Poor workmanship including carelessness and inept work. Review condensed from three pages sent to Lifeway Mobility. Started off OK. We picked our tile, both floor and shower and did not want white toilets. Salesman told us white only. He also stated he had the best crew, a lie (see below). Also, he said “Don’t worry, if we make a mistake, we do it over, no charge.” Another lie (see below). We informed sales there was poor insulation below the cantilever floor. We gave a copy of our floor plan showing 36 inches wide. During tear down it was discovered that there was no insulation under the cantilever floor. Only the open sections were going to be insulated. All the information we gave sales did not make it to the work order. We had to get another work order done. As the wall changed due to redo we needed an outlet at a now open wall. We need it for a heater. Outlet denied. We had to fight to get it done. An outlet is now in the middle of the wall due the new shower location. It was denied to remove. We fought but lost. It was absolutely not going to be removed. We received a 32-inch shower pan. The drawing we left with sales showed 40 inches outside wall which would have been 36 inches shower width. We were blamed for the mistake. We ended up paying for half for the correct pan. Tile work, no problem. Large mirror was mounted over bath counter. Lower frame mounted out of alignment and not screwed into every stud. There is a big gap on right side and frame not flush to mirror. Their solution, caulk and glue fixes everything. NOT HAPPY. Two toilets were installed on a Friday. Both leaked around the tank. Had to wait until Wednesday for fix. Sink counter scratches easily. Sink counter has two gouges and lots of deep scrapes caused by workman using the counter as a bench. Bath glass came in but was dropped. Both the glass company and Lifeway failed to make sure the remake of the glass was done in a timely mater. Found grout dumped on lawn. Workman using the counter as a bench caused many scratches. Work started early February and we are now done November with last check due to Lifeway losing our check.
