Wish I could rate them even higher. We initially needed a chair lift which Lifeway installed quickly, accurately, at the exact cost promised, at the time promised, with courteous and clean service. Everything was done as promised to the highest standards. Our health situation changed and we needed a platform lift. Lifeway again did the work to remove the chair and install the VPL with the exact same professional results. This is the one company I’ve dealt with recently who has delighted me with every interaction. Can’t recommend them enough.

The salesman and the installers were all very professional. The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained the lift in detail since we had to have a customized lift. The installers did a great job and cleaned up everything after the installation. Once installed the lift worked well. Very pleased with the lift and everyone we dealt with at Lifeway.

Jon H was prompt for our initial appointment. He was personable, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the chairlift we were interested in. He answered all our questions and made sure we had the information we needed to make an informed decision. He took great care during the purchase process and made sure our order was handled promptly and in a timely manner. Daniel J was our installer. He was prompt in his arrival. He was careful in the installation process to not Knick walls and doorways. He made sure he did not leave a mess when done. We hired Lifeway Mobility to remove our main bathtub and shower and replace them with one large walk-in shower. We chose the Onyx Collection shower walls and pan and we are happy with the results. James & Gary did most of the work. They always arrived on time. They answered all of our questions about the demolition and installation that took place in our bathoom. Gary & James were always friendly, professional, and communicated well with us throughout the project. We are very happy that we trusted Lifeway Mobility with our bathroom remodel.
