Stairlift installed within ten days of signing contract. Installer Tyson arrived within one half hour of appointed time. Work is neat and stairlift performs smoothly. Tyson gave tutorial and demonstration of all features.

Nick Stevenson was professional, a hard worker and an excellent communicator. He helped us overcome issues that inevitably arise. Also Blair was the only person to suggest a roll-in bathroom and it is just what he said! Excellent work on all counts.

From the first contact through installation this team has been amazing. My mother was in need of a stairlift but finances are tight. Glenn walked me through all my options from renting to purchasing. Once my decision was made, my mother's stairlift was installed in less than a week. Joe came and installed the lift and walked me through all instructions and safety measures. One of the best parts about my experience was that both Glenn and Joe were amazing with my 2 excitable Labradors. They can be a handful. My mother, who was very hesitant, has copd and going up and down the stairs without it taking every bit of strength she has is life changing.

Alex arrived when expected, did an excellent and efficient job, and took extra steps to help hide the charging cord. We knew that our original quote was in the ballpark of expected cost, so. We just went ahead with choosing Lifeway on the basis of their excellent service.

Kyle came in and got right to work. He insured the unit was in optimal working order (replaced faulty gear he discovered) gave me a comprehensive tutorial on the unit, tested it and answered all of my questions. Installation was a lot faster than I expected too!
