Good guys, worked hard and did a perfect install.

Lifeway Mobility installed our wheelchair ramp today. The two Lifeway Mobility Team Members Jovan and Corey were on time, did a excellent job, both were very a polite and very efficient at the job they did. The wheelchair ramp itself is very sturdy and looks great.

Mike and Drew were great to meet and deal with.

Jason was a great initial point of contact answering all of our questions and providing support. John was a tremendous resource and did an excellent job with the installations. He was patient and answered all of our questions.

From first contacting lifeway all through install was very pleasant. I worked with Robert,Katie,Wayne and KD all were great lifeway should be very proud of these employees

I wish I had discovered this company earlier in my parent’s mobility journey. I cannot recommend Lifeway Mobility enough! Debbie, Andy, and Troy were all instrumental in finding the right solutions that were feasible and affordable for our situation. They were so caring and supportive, making their only priority my dad’s comfort and safety. I never felt pressured into something more than we needed, and they were so accommodating to ensure everything was in place asap. The amazing customer service only continued when I met Rustin and Johnathon today, the installers for a stair lift in the garage and a modular ramp with handrails into the sunroom. They literally were angels sent into our lives today. The space for the ramp was more complex than imagined, but they worked so well together and came up with one idea after another. They even made an extra trip back to the shop and back to the house to ensure we had the best solution in place. It looks perfect, as if it was built with the house and my parents couldn’t be happier. Their workmanship was incredible. Their flexibility, communication, patience, and kindness was like nothing I’ve seen in years. They were so thorough and helpful in every way, my family can’t thank them enough. Lifeway Mobility reminds me of the good days when customer’s needs always came first, I haven’t seen customer service this good in years, actually it may be the best I’ve ever witnessed in my lifetime. We have used Lifeway for upgrades and warranty repairs. We would always use this company forever. My 110 year old father in law just passed away so we no longer need the equipment. All the best
