Would give 0 stars if possible. I called customer service and they said my order was going to be sent out in a couple of days, then received an email the next day that they had cancelled my order. I had already waited for 2 weeks before I called. I also work for a healthcare system, and this is something that we really needed.

We ordered EM LED 2x2 lights. The delivery was on time but 4 of the lights were damaged. They were great with customer service. We we're able to resolve the issue in a timely and reasonable manner. We are happy with the product and the customer service. We will be ordering from them again in the very near future.
