Ordentlicher Service und Interesse am Problem des Kunden.

Still working with LB to resolve an issue. Since I downloaded a new version I now still have all the fonts listed, but no matter which I choose, only the same one is coming up. Love the program, just trying to figure out what happened.

Every time I have needed help or guidance in the right direction for any type of issue and I reach out to the support team, I get responses incredibly fast! I'm not just referring to the automated acknowledgment response letting me know my ticket has been created, but actual service member personnel respond very promptly and usually with a plethora of information that more than answers any questions I may have had. Its such a breath of fresh air, especially when I am feeling uneducated and need the help!

Já sou utilizador do software da Ligthburn à cerca de 5 anos e até agora sempre positivo. O método de um único pagamento é fantástico e só pagamos subscrições se quisermos atualizações mas também é um preço muito reduzido. O programa tem evoluído muito ao longo do tempo, felizmente são uma empresa preocupada com a atualização do seu programa. O apoio ao cliente sempre foi célere e eficaz, ficando sempre com as minhas duvidas resolvidas.

Exceptional Experience!!! I had problems with my font not displaying correctly on my new computer. The support team stuck through many emails back and forth troubleshooting the issue. Thanks Team!!!

I am very happy with Lightburn software, but more inportantly the customer service is very good. Other software providers could learn a thing or to from Lightburn customer support.
