I have purchased from Lighting New York on several occasions and have always been happy with the product, service, shipping, and price. I deducted one star because the use of discount coupons and codes is inconsistent and confusing, but I got through it.

So far, so good! Only placed the order so far. Got a new customer discount which brought the price down to a reasonable rate. But haven't received the product so quality is still up in the air!?

Chat Service was very good but Lighting New York would not apply the LABORDAY25 discount as advertised. I later called their customer service line and they made the 20 percent adjustment to my purchase.

Easy and fast. Hopefully the receipt of the goods will be the same

great sales and lots of details but there need to be more customer reviews with customer photos. and it could be more precise when trying to locate an item - shows too much !
